Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Research on creation of videos for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) guidelines (Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software).
* Research on global green certification and energy ratings for properties globally.
* Research and creation of online forms that is suitable for filling up of M&E KDR.
* Support with uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings for all properties.
* Support with translation work for drawings and documents.

Job Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or any related Building Services discipline.
* Possesses knowledge of the Environment, Building Services and Sustainability.
* Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering e.g Microsoft Co-Pilot/ Chatgpt / Claude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Independent and able to complete task with initiative.
