Project Title

* Bilingualism: AI Augmented Legal ("AI Bilingualism")
* AI for platform to generate first drafts of agreements ("Platform AI")

Project Description

Intern will be tasked to:

* AI Bilingualism: Assess and evaluate the range of relevant AI tools and skills that may be useful in augmenting legal domain expertise, and assist in initial sandbox testing prior to implementation/scaling
* Platform AI: Work on augmenting existing platform to generate first drafts of agreements with AI features and exploring practical and useful AI features it should have e.g. chatbot, escalation database analytics, and AI agent for draft creation.

Intern will be exposed to:

* Real world issues of the use and impact of AI in the work performed by in-house legal counsel
* Corporate legal work in the R&D field
* In-house legal work in the statutory board / government context

Requirements

Understanding and familiarity with foundational principles of contract law, commercial law and intellectual property law
