Team Introduction Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor landscape; identify opportunities, risks, and industry benchmarks, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. - Analyze internal and external data to identify operational efficiencies, growth opportunities, and revenue performance gaps. - Support strategic decision-making with data-backed insights. - Create reports and presentations to visualize findings

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Proficiency in the following languages: English and Chinese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets. - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or other quantitative field such as Economics, and other analytical disciplines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualification(s) - Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, analytics, or finance. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment. - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). - Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, but not required. - Start as soon as possible, 5 months commitment. - Per week attendance: 3 days minimum
