Descripción del puesto:
* Analyse seller performance and generate actionable insights to inform next-step strategies
* Own and execute growth programmes aimed at onboarding and scaling new sellers
* Analyse cross-border campaign performance, identify key performance drivers, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns
* Support the team across a range of marketing initiatives, optimising performance through data-driven analysis and decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign nominations to ensure adequate exposure for cross-border sellers and products
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with majors in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or other relevant fields
* Data driven and attentive to details
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Team-player, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
* Proficient in Excel
* Knowledge in SQL is a plus
* Full-time interns are preferred (6 months)
