Job Description

You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the implementation of overall advertising and promotional activities for the Mall to generate traffic and revenue

* Assist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, as well as creation of simple artwork etc.

* Gather shoppers' and tenants' feedback about the Mall and our services

* Build relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's activities

* Evaluate the results of Marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis

* Perform market research on the retail industry, trends in events, and campaigns etc.

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Positive attitude to pick up new skills

* Able to multi-task and deliver given task within timeline

* Good analytical skills
