About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a regional team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Use AI tools to investigate issues, find similar products, and identify risky listings based on escalations and bad cases, with daily checks from the buyer side across SEA. 2. Re-check and clean up risky products and sellers by reviewing past bad cases and updating risk lists. 3. Use LLM to draft and improve workflows and responses to support investigation and review work. 4. Support urgent cases such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations. 5. Help with operation requests like escalated case reviews and fulfillment SLA extensions. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams and help coordinate discussions when needed

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking. - Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or listing on platforms. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL. - Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy. - Keen interest in AI is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
