The App Ads Product team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization. The team builds advertising products and platforms that help app and gaming advertisers acquire users, optimize performance and grow their businesses on TikTok across different stages of the app lifecycle. We work closely with product, engineering, data science, and cross-functional partners to design scalable ad products, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance advertiser experience in a fast-evolving advertising ecosystem. As an intern, you will work on real product problems, take ownership of scoped product areas, and grow into a core contributor on the App Ads product team. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Develop a strong understanding of the global app and gaming advertising ecosystem, advertiser needs and product use cases, including AI-driven ad delivery and creative optimization - Support the design and iteration of App Ads product strategies, with a focus on improving advertiser performance, efficiency, and overall campaign effectiveness - Work closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional partners to drive product execution and deliver high-quality advertising solutions - Track and analyze key product and performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions and continuous iteration - Stay informed about industry trends in mobile advertising, gaming and AI-driven advertising technologies, and contribute to product innovation in a global market

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related fields - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to solve structured problems - Strong learning ability and interest in advertising system - Strong communication skills with working proficiency in English - A high level of Mandarin language proficiency is required (fluent in written and spoken), with the ability to cover CNOB, as the role involves complex communications with external sales teams and clients based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language. Preferred Qualifications - Prior internship or project experience related to product, data analysis, analytics, growth or advertising - Experience working with data, metrics or experimentation frameworks is a plus If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
