Facilities Intern
To support the effective operation of facilities through contractor coordination, administrative support, and procurement assistance, while gaining practical exposure to facilities management and building operations.
Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, and service coordination.
Key Competencies:
* Ability to manage facilities-related administrative tasks, including records and reporting.
* Attention to detail when overseeing contractor activities and work outputs.
* Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with contractors and service providers.
* Confidence in communicating and engaging with suppliers for quotations and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
General:
* Preferably: RSA Citizen
* Preferably: Youth
Education:
Preferably: Studying towards or completed a qualification in Facilities Management, Built Environment, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field
