Be part of the Global Digital & IT Team. Work together with our IT Service Manager for Network to elevate our IT network to the next level. Expect an open atmosphere, lots of collaboration, and the chance to contribute to projects that really make an impact. Responsibilities

* Assist with switch, AP, and firewall configuration (supervised).

* Monitor network health (dashboards/alerts)

* Run Wi-Fi surveys and troubleshoot issues.

* Maintain/improve documentation (diagrams, runbooks).

* Support routine changes (VLANs, ACLs, patching).

* Own a small project (site network map or simple automation)
