Your responsibilities

* As part of our team, you design and implement BI dashboards to automate existing reporting processes
* You develop new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business results
* You collaborate closely with sales, product management and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals
* You support the sales team by delivering ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights to inform decision-making
* You implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy

Your profile

* You have completed a Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
* You demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and macros)
* You are eager to learn and work with reporting and data visualization tools
* You are proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks
* You communicate clearly and can work independently as well as in a team
* You have good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
