The opportunity

Join a passionate and collaborative team driving innovation in high-voltage technology. You will support exciting GIS (Gas-Insulated switchgear) product development projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This internship of at least 6 months offers the chance to grow your technical and analytical skills while contributing to real-world solutions. The target starting date would be March 2026.

How you'll make an impact

* Support type tests (high power, high voltage, high current, mechanical, environmental etc.) in GIS development projects
* Organize, prepare, attend and document test activities
* Evaluate test results using tools like Excel, LabVIEW or Python
* Develop and improve test evaluation tools
* Collaborate in development projects and daily operations
* Contribute to solving short-term technical challenges
* Work closely with cross-functional teams
* Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting

Your background

* Completed bachelor studies in electrical, mechanical engineering or physics
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
* Creative and solution-focused mindset
* Good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
* Comfortable in a multicultural, multidisciplinary setting
* Basic programming skills or willingness to learn (Excel, LabVIEW, Python)
