- Create real estate analyses to support decision making on our expansion plans - Implement new processes and templates, challenge and improve existing ones, integrating AI workflows where possible - Support team in creating a comprehensive real estate playbook covering internal objectives and guidelines across asset types - Evaluate existing lease portfolio and provide data-driven recommendations for upcoming renewal and termination options - Ensure lease administration software data integrity by auditing records against lease agreements - Action internal processes to ensure seamless rental payments for leased portfolio Curious about life as an intern at On? Our Global Real Estate team supports On's growth ambitions by expanding our retail, office, showroom, and other asset classes in line with our retail and headcount growth plans. Together, we find unique and innovative environments inspiring our customers and supporting our colleagues. We ensure that all locations meet our internal standards by leading the global site selection process from start to finish through market surveying & feasibility, LOI & lease negotiation until lease signature and beyond. As our intern, you will support the Global Real Estate team in improving leasing processes and contributing to strategic projects that help On scale its global footprint.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Analytical mindset, able to research and analyse data efficiently, identify trends and comfortably form insights - Studies in real estate, finance, economics, or related field - Interest in Real Estate, Retail, and Workplace topics - Highly motivated problem solver who enjoys coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment - Good organisational skills - Experience working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) - Strong communication and presentation skills
