About the Role

Major accountabilities:
* Contact person for products and process problems that arise during the ongoing process
* Collaboration in the preparation of Standard Operational Procedures for routine processes and inputs for electronic master batch record documentation,
* Lead thorough Root Cause Investigation Process using investigation tools and methodology
* Application of deviation, complaints, and the implementation of effective corrective actions
* Team player with strong team spirit

Key performance indicators:
* Compliance/Quality related KPI's
* Customer Complaints
* Batch Success Rate

Work Experience:
* work expirience in a GMP environment desirable.
Skills:
* Master degree in Pharmacy , Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent , also Postgraduate with 1-2 years experience desirable

Languages :
* Advanced English and proficient in site local language
