Intern QC Lab Associate (only for PIBS students) 80-100

As an Intern QC Lab Associate at Lonza AG in Visp, you will join a dynamic and international environment where you can actively contribute to meaningful projects and develop your technical skills. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on laboratory work, and want to grow within a global organization.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:
* Carry out routine analysis of assigned analytical methods, in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
* Contribute to method implementation, validation and method transfer
* Administrative activities, such as documenting the results and creating work instructions
* Support laboratory maintenance (responsibility for equipment) and ensure that the laboratory is clean and tidy

Key requirements
* You have started or completed and apprenticeship program as a Laboratory Technician, or you have started or completed your BSc / MSc studies in life sciences
* First experience in analytical lab work, e.g. at school or at university, or in another company
* Experience in the field of Quality Control and GMP is a plus
* You are independent, responsible and have a very precise way of working
* You have good communication and teamwork skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
* You enjoy being part of a young, dynamic team, are committed and have initiative
* Fluent in either German or English (language skills in the respective other language is a plus)
