Job Description

1. Claim Management
- Assist in the 8D problem-solving process, including quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production.
- Support PUQ-Engineers in preparing samples for shipping and conducting discussions with internal and external teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvement activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support sorting management work, Support scrap process.
2. Lean Project
- Coordinate the implementation of lean activities within the PUQ team.
- Support the documentation and preparation of presentation materials for lean activities.
3. PUQ Tracker
- Update and maintain the PUQ tracker, including monitoring S-block status, actual part maching with SAP system, overdue status.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Engineer

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

1. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic and Chemical Engineering or equivalent
2. Familiar with MS Excel and MS Power Point.
3. Thai and English.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
