Data & Automation Analyst Intern, Loss & Damage (SPX Express)

Descripción del puesto:

- Provide data analysis and operational support for Recovery and Clawback activities by identifying, tracking, and analyzing lost and damaged shipments across the end-to-end logistics journey.
- Design, develop, and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support Recovery and related business functions.
- Drive automation initiatives through RPA, AI-powered solutions, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
- Maintain and continuously improve recovery automation systems, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and up-to-date information.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize Recovery and Clawback operations, enhancing accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and orchestration tools such as n8n, Smart, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, or e-commerce business processes is an advantage.
- Well communicated in English
