* Payments Reporting & Analysis
* Consolidate approval rate, refund, chargeback, and FX fee data across PSPs.
* Support reconciliation efforts with Treasury, PSPs, and orchestration platforms.
* Vendor & Market Research
* Benchmark PSP capabilities (e.g., Stripe, Checkout.com, Juspay, Adyen) across our feeder markets.
* Track and synthesize key commercial terms and pricing models.
* Project Management Support
* Maintain dashboards and trackers across a large scale payment overhaul
* Prepare materials for steering committees and partner workshops.
* Product Support
* Assist in mapping payment flows and user journeys across our digital touchpoints (web, mobile, email).
* Work with hotels on rollout and operationalizing these new tools
