Job Description

* Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
* Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
* Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
* Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
* Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
* Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
* Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
* Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service
* Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
