Internship - Equipment Engineer

Student will learn how to help support the successful machine buy-off process, ensure equipment qualification readiness, establish production line setup.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Support Final Test (Mark Scan Pack) Equipment Engineer
* Analyze equipment data and identify major loss contributors
* Support Preventive maintenance setup new system
* Improve documentation and standardization of equipment procedures
* Assist setup and release new machine

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently studying in Bachelor's degree 4th year in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines
* Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor technology and electronic components, with a solid understanding of their applications and principles
* Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
* English communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills
