Job Title: Overseas Trainee (South Korea)
Job Summary
Participate in an overseas training program in South Korea to gain practical work experience, develop professional skills, and learn international workplace standards. Trainees will support daily operations, follow company procedures, and complete assigned tasks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operational duties as assigned.
* Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.
* Support team members in achieving departmental objectives.
* Maintain a professional attitude and represent the organization positively.
* Complete reports and other tasks as required by supervisors.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic English communication skills (Korean language skills are an advantage).
* Able to relocate and work in South Korea for the training period
