Work with the Solution Architect team internally and externally (facing clients) on the following activities focused on building and optimizing AI agents: 1. Hands-on building agents: for use cases in coding & devops, content creation (image & video), AI search, tool use agents, etc. Approaches include using both low-code (tools like Dify, Coze, n8n) and high-code (cursor, trae, etc) 2. Context engineering & evaluation: Build evaluation test cases, collect bad cases during internal and external agent evaluations, attempt prompt engineering and SFT/CT/RL 3. Summarize replicable use cases into presentable demo templates, and conduct workshops internally and externally to make strong technical influence

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science or any related discipline. - Have projects (internship or campus) building and optimizing AI agents in one of the fields - coding & devops, content creation (comfy UI or similar), AI search & deep research, ReAct tool use agents, etc - Good communication skills (both written and verbal) - Demonstrate strong analytical skills and hands-on problem solving capability Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge in model SFT/CT/RL will be a big plus - Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous "startup" environment.
