About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it's like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

We are looking for a motivated person to join the Ukraine Marketing team, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
* Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
* Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);
* Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements;
* Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization);
* Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements:

* Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus);
* Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
* Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is a plus;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
* Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Fluency in Ukrainian);
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
