TW Retail Intern - Online
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Logitech Online Store (LOS), PChome, and momo.
* Assist in campaign setup, promotion tracking, and execution during key sales events
* Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory status, and platform visibility.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and business analysis.
* Conduct competitor monitoring and market research.
* Support content updates, banner management, and coordination with Marketing teams.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and other assignments from the ONL team.
Focus Areas
* Shopee and LOS operation support
* Campaign execution and promotion tracking
* E-commerce sales and sell-out data analysis
* Competitor and pricing monitoring
* Content and product page management
* Weekly business review preparation
Requirements
* Undergraduate or graduate student.
* Available to work at least 3 days per week.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Interested in e-commerce, retail, marketing, or consumer electronics.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Shopee, PChome, momo, or other e-commerce platforms.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
* Experience in student organizations, projects, or internships.
* Passion for technology, gaming, and consumer electronics.
