Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our Purchasing Engineering (PUE) organization. In this role, you will take an active part in operational processes, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within a dynamic international environment.
Your contribution to something big:
* Support PUE engineers in daily operational tasks
* Organize and manage PUE TEAMs communication groups
* Provide support to PUE-X digitalization projects
* Take responsibility for 5S activities and internal audit coordination
* Follow up on sample management processes (ordering, delivery, warehousing) with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Send out RFQs and prepare COQs
* Maintain SAP entries for purchasing and finance operations
* Support lean management activities and process optimizations
* Handle internal PUE audits, including 5S
* Participate as a PUE (PUR representative) in a country-variant TTM project with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* 3rd year undergraduate or master student, preferably in preferably from engineering departments
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
* Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and proactive attitude
* Excellent command of English
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
