A candidate joining the Red Bull Turkey On Premise team should be eager to learn, curious, energetic, and development-oriented. They should be looking to make a strong start to their career by gaining experience across different functions of our On Premise business. Throughout the program, the candidate will work on a rotational basis within the On Premise Marketing, Field Sales, and Key Account Manager teams, gaining the opportunity to closely understand our customers, consumers, and commercial operations.
The ideal candidate should be excited about learning new things, value human relationships, and be willing to take responsibility from day one.RESPONSIBILITIES

TEAM INVOLVEMENT

Support On Premise Marketing projects, activations, and consumer-focused initiatives.
Work in the field together with the Field Sales team to learn sales operations and excellent execution standards.
Support the Key Account team in customer management, reporting, and commercial projects.
Take an active role in business analyses, presentations, and cross-functional projects.
Work in close collaboration with different teams and stakeholders.
Generate new ideas, identify development opportunities, and contribute to process improvements.
