Job Description & Summary

PwC Ukraine is looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Sustainability services team as an Intern (part-time/full time).

This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in ESG and sustainability field, supporting team members on a variety of projects.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to real ESG-related business challenges, applying your academic knowledge in practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Junior consultant, your daily tasks may be as follows:

* Support team members on ESG and sustainability projects.

* Assist with data collection, desk research, and basic information gathering.

* Help prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.

* Support ESG assessments and benchmarking activities.

* Assist with project coordination and organization of materials.

* Participate in team meetings and internal trainings.

* Follow internal methodologies, quality standards, and procedures.

* Support sustainability and non-financial reporting tasks under supervision.

Requirements:

* Student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's level) in environmental science or related-field.

* General understanding of ESG and sustainable development, non-financial reporting, human rights, environmental and social aspects.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.

* Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced English language skills. 

* Strong skills with data collection, analytics, modelling, and visualization. 

* Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
