As a Data Analyst Intern within our APAC logistics service hub team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work alongside supply chain experts and IT developers to collect, process, and interpret data related to inventory management, transport logistics, forecasting, and procurement. This internship provides hands-on experience in transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights and visualized dashboards.
Main responsibilities include:
* Collect, clean, and validate data from various supply chain systems/data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
* Analyze datasets to identify trends, root causes of operational inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic for future reference.
* Learn about the supply chain domain and how data-driven decisions optimize logistics operations

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

Mandatory:
* 3rd-4th year university student majoring in Information Systems/IT Development/Data Analytics.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
* Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English.
Nice-to-haves:
* Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis and UI development (e.g., Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS).
* Experience with Figma (for designing dashboard layouts and UI mockups).
* Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Oracle).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
* Basic understanding of statistics and probability, and machine learning.
* Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (Inbound/Outbound, Inventory turnover, etc.).
