Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated interns with Japanese (N2+) and English proficiency to join our team in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Translation & Requirement Management. Apply once, and we'll match you to the role that best fits your skills, background, and interests

* Job 1: Project Management Intern
* Support process-related tasks and documentation.
* Handle administrative duties: meeting invitations, workshop preparation, meeting minutes, follow-ups, internal website updates.
* Support organizational activities (onboarding, engagement, automation documentation).
* Learn and use internal tools to maintain project information in management systems.
* Job 2: Supply Chain Intern
* Support sales back-office projects (BPO) and communicate with Japanese customers for project status and information sharing.
* Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to assist BOSCH units in Japan/Germany/Austria with purchasing, logistics, and sales processes.
* Job 3: Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern
* Input and manage specification documents in the DOORS system.
* Maintain consistency in attributes/layouts and update changes in the system.
* Support configuration management, tracking reports, and JP-EN technical translation

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months
* Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities
* Good communication skills in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
