* Analyze existing automated deployment standards, process and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
* Coordinate and responsible for the evaluation and preparation for software deployments (Tools, Connectives, Access, Dependencies and released packages) based on deployment guidelines.
* Provide the automated deployment for manufacturing applications with all necessary components such as Deployment services (GitHub Actions, JFrog, Helm, ArgoCD, Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault,...), App relation services (Kafka, Solace, …), Database (Oracle, Mongo, PostgreSQL…).
* Responsible for deployment manufacturing applications to Quality and Production environments. Ensure no impact to Manufacturing business and processes while apply/implement change.
* Apply DevOps and/or GitOps solutions and best-practices to automate and improve release process, template, and pipeline toward to Industrialized rollout standards.
* Develop comprehensive documentation, support instructions, and handover materials for other teams.
* Close collaboration within worldwide distributed teams, e.g., Germany, India, Vietnam.

Qualifications

Required qualification and experience:
* Hands-on knowledge as DevOps or experience deployment and operation of medium to large scale enterprise Platform, Databases, and application systems.
* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle - SDLC including development, packaging, releasing and deployment for containerization or non-containerization application.
* Experience with API (REST and gRPC), distributed system, database as well as enterprise level systems (ERP).
* Hands-on experience with DevOps and GitOps for automated rollout processes as well as rollout strategies (Rolling update; Blue-Green; Canary,...) on Kubernetes using Helm chart and Helm template; GitHub Actions (CI tool); ArgoCD (CD tool); JFrog (Artifactory); Keycloak/HashiCorp Vault (Secret Management).
* Well versed in one of the languages (Python, Java, Go).
* Ability to create comprehensive documentation and facilitate efficient knowledge transfer.
* Ability to deal with complex enterprise system environments and challenges, analyze problems and problem-solving.

* Must take task ownership & responsibility, initiative, goal orientation, analytical skills and be open minded.
* Ability to collaborate within an international, diverse, and agile team. Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken & written) skills
