Job Description

* Track & trace: monitor shipment status and update the information, maintain data, make sure Power BI Dashboard is daily up to date.
* Identify missing shipment base on Invoice number and coordinate with LSP to obtain accurate data.
* Communicate with planner to identify their cargo milestone status.
* Consol data from systems and excel file to define overview status to report to planner.
* Import data to excel file for following up daily/weekly/monthly.
* Project event preparation and other tasks: prepare slide, on-site visit to customer plant to support team…

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Third/Final year student major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage.
* Mandatory: English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI basic
* Communication skills: strong, logical, and clear communication required to ensure other stakeholder understand the requirements.
* Proactive, hardworking, independent, problem-solving
