[Internship] Supply Chain Automation and AI Intern

Job Description

* Conduct business case analysis and propose potential automation or digitalization use cases to improve operational efficiency.
* Support the end-to-end implementation and rollout of selected use cases, including system integration and process optimization activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define project scope and requirements.
* Assist in the development, training, and testing of AI or automation solutions under the guidance of the project lead.
* Perform testing and validation to ensure solutions operate effectively and meet business requirements.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guidelines, and implementation materials for future scalability and knowledge sharing.
* Support project coordination and other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or project leader

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Entitled as a full-time student throughout the internship period, preferably majoring in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
* No prior working experience required; however, involvement in school projects, competitions, or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI, or digital transformation is an advantage
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
* Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, automation, process improvement, or digitalization projects is preferred
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
