“ExxonMobil offers a 3-year Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation trades at their Fawley Refinery. Starting salary is £20,240. Applicants need 4 GCSEs, including Maths, English, and Science, and must be over 18. The program starts in September 2026 and includes training with Cogent Skills and college providers.
