How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Product Line team manages all the key steps of a product life cycle: Strategy, Roadmap, Development, Evolution, Support and Finance.

The product line is the liaison between IT and the business, and its members are as reputed for their IT skills as they are for their knowledge of industrial operations. We aim for accelerated deliveries, ability to develop and release more innovative solutions, an improved customer-centric culture in IT and customer engagement.
We are a team of 20 people of 8 different nationalities and diverse backgrounds, focused on the optimization of industrial operations for the cylinder filling centres and the cylinder delivery to customers.

This is a mission for someone that wants to develop their career as product manager or business analyst, with interest in learning about industrial operations, some finance acumen and high level understanding of IT.

Main accountabilities/responsibilities:
* Support the Product Line Director in managing the Product line.
* Support the Product Line Director in the generation of the product line profitability view. You will be a the master of the financial budgeting and performance and you will control the operational KPIs.
* Support the product managers in the definition of the value proposition for the product line portfolio. Contribute to plan product line roadmaps with transversal topics.
* Support the product line director & product managers on the market watch (new trends, technologies, competitors, potential partners).
* Help the product managers producing/updating communication material (including product catalogue updates) and communication actions (evangelisation, success stories, webinars).
* Help the account managers in pre-sales activities for new customers or new products coming from the Air Liquide Business.

Are you a MATCH?

Education:
* Industrial Management Engineering
* or Master in Business Administration

Soft and Hard Skills:
* Strong analytical skills. Liking for data analysis and subsequent extraction of insights.
* Able to develop operational KPIs and keep them updated.
* Financial knowledge. Able to understand a P&L.
* Knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus.
* Negotiation Skills. Able to manage a non-hierarchical team
* Problem solving skills
* Communication and presentation skills
* At ease with IT tools from the Google suite such as GSheet and GSlide
* Interest in industrial operations
* Self-motivated and ability to prioritize.
* Team Player. Ability to adapt in an international and multicultural environment.

Languages:
* English fluency is Must have
* Spanish fluency is Nice to have
* French fluency is Nice to have
