Vous participerez à l'automatisation du flot utilisé pour nos véhicules de test dans toutes nos plateformes technologiques afin d'améliorer la productivité et la qualité. Les étapes suivantes seront adressées : la spécification, la conception, la caractérisation et le vieillissement du silicium, et enfin l'analyse des résultats collectés (sur silicium ou en boitier, avant et après vieillissement, sur toute la fenêtre autorisée par le procédé de fabrication. Vous utiliserez l'intelligence artificielle pour les cas pertinents. VOS COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES * Maîtrise du développement logiciel (python, développement orienté objet) * Maîtrise des méthodologies et outils d'intelligence artificielle. * Microélectronique: conception, test du silicium, connaissances sur les dispositifs. * Travail d'équipe * Maîtrise l'anglais. YOUR ROLE VIE in GNoida, India. You participate to the automation of the flow featuring Technology Platform Qualification Vehicles specification, design, silicon characterization, ageing, analysis, in order to improve productivity and quality of the overall flow. You enable automation of silicon results (wafer & package, pre & post ageing, typical & corners etc.) with design CAD and maturity criteria. You leverage on Artificial Intelligence where relevant. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Fluency in software development. * Fluency in artificial intelligence methodologies and tools. * Microelectronics design, silicon test, devices knowledge. * Team work * Fluency in English.
