Are you ready to kick-start your career in Business Administration? (COMPANY NAME), a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Administration Trainee to join our esteemed Electrical & Communications team in Silverwater.
You will get to work Monday to Friday in the Silverwater office with the Electrical & Communications administration team where you will learn all aspects of customer service and support for our team of Project Managers and Electricians.

What we offer:
We will support your growth by facilitating the completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration through TAFE.
The Trainee in-office work schedule will span Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with allocated time during business hours to focus on your TAFE studies.
Apprenticeship/Trainee wages apply to this role.
What you'll be learning to do:
* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
* Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
* Maintain customer service documentation.
* Follow up on any outstanding work documents and invoices.
* Assist to allocate work and schedule technicians.
* Work within customer portals to manage workflow.
* General administration duties such as:
* Invoicing (start to finish).
* Processing purchase orders.
* Ordering and management of inventory collection.
* Data entry and ad hoc duties.
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.
Key requirements:
* A willing and positive attitude is a must.
* An ability to grasp concepts and pick up tasks quickly.
* Initiative to provide customer focused solutions.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
* Ability to think outside the box and to problem solve.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner.
* Capability to go the extra mile and become a valued member of the team.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Time management skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel is desirable but not necessary.
* Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
