* PURPOSE

This role will build up a stronger customer care team and contribute to team performance.

He/she will also strive for better customer care team results.

2. WORK RELATIONSHIP

* Internal: HO/ARO, CS Dept. Docs team, Traffic team, Accounting, Logistics & Operations, Branch offices & CMA CGM Agencies

* External: Customers, Barge/Feeder operator, Depot & Terminal

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

* Local customs declaration

* Preparing Delivery Order to customers

* Pre-Invoicing Controls and send invoices to customers

* Front Desk support

* Long idle cargo notification and follow-up

* Other duties may be assigned as per company task prioritization.

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

* Proficiency in the use of English language

* Computer and system literacy

* Curious, resourceful and fast learner

* Highly motivated individuals and easily adaptable to new environments

* Student in university, Fresh graduated, Experienced related
