About Emirates Global Aluminium

Emirates Global Aluminium is the world's biggest 'premium aluminium' producer and the largest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside the oil and gas industry. EGA is an integrated aluminium producer, with operations on four continents from bauxite mining to the production of cast primary aluminium and recycling. EGA employs over 7,000 of these people including more than 1,200 UAE Nationals. EGA operates aluminium smelters in Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah in the United Arab Emirates, an alumina refinery in Al Taweelah, a bauxite mine and associated export facilities in the Republic of Guinea, a speciality foundry in high strength recycled aluminium in Germany, and a recycling plant in the United States.

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is pleased to announce our National Training Programs, available at both our Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali locations. These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.

Position: National Trainee Operations

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Fields: Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical

Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programs, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.

Program Requirements:

* UAE National with Family Book

* High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience

* Good communication skills in English

* Completed the National Service (If Applicable)

* Aged between 19-32

* Height: Minimum 160cm (Female), 165cm (Male)

يسرّ شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم (EGA) أن تعلن عن برامج التدريب الوطنية المتاحة في كلٍ من موقعي الطويلة وجبل علي. تهدف هذه البرامج إلى إتاحة الفرصة لمواطني دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وبالأخص خريجي الثانوية العامة، لبدء مسيرتهم المهنية في مجالات مختلفة داخل الشركة.

المسمّى الوظيفي: متدرّب وطني
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل، عقد دائم
المجالات: المصهر، الطاقة، التحلية، الصيانة، والمجالات الفنية

سيخضع المتدرّبون لبرنامج تدريبي مكثف تتراوح مدته من 6 أشهر إلى 3 سنوات، يهدف إلى تأهيل الكوادر الوطنية الشابة من مواطني دولة الإمارات بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لأداء مهامهم الوظيفية. ويتضمن البرنامج تدريبًا نظريًا منظّمًا داخل القاعات الدراسية، وتدريبًا عمليًا في الورش، بالإضافة إلى تدريب عملي أثناء العمل في مواقع شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم.

متطلبات البرنامج:

* مواطن إماراتي يحمل خلاصة القيد
* شهادة الثانوية العامة، ويفضّل أن تكون في التخصصات العلمية أو الفنية، أو خبرة عملية ذات صلة
* مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
* إتمام الخدمة الوطنية (إن وجدت)
* العمر بين 19 و32 عاماً
* الحد الأدنى للطول: 160 سم للإناث و165 سم للذكور
