The AMTAP program will teach you how to build space flight hardware by providing a phased approach to learning with both classroom and hands-on learning opportunities at our LM Space facility in \u003cb\u003eCourtland, AL\u003c/b\u003e. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eNo experience, no problem! This program will teach you everything you need to be successful. (We offer Medical (HDHP), Dental and Vision benefits)\u003cbr\u003e* \u003cb\u003eLearn new technical skills\u003c/b\u003e such as torquing, encapsulation, point to point wiring, and reading engineering documents.\u003cbr\u003e* Have the opportunity to \u003cb\u003eearn several industry recognized certifications (paid for by Lockheed Martin)\u003c/b\u003e including:\u003cbr\u003eo IPC 620 - Cable Harness Certification\u003cbr\u003eo JSTD Limited Solder\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eAfter Training is Complete:\u003c/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e* Opportunities for potential full time employment for graduating team members, including increase in base pay.\u003cbr\u003e* If hired full-time post training program, various work shifts may be available. Facility is open 7-days per week. \u003cbr\u003e* In order to be considered for the AMTAP program you must be willing and able to work non standard shifts

Profil requis du candidat:

* HS Education or equivalent
* Hand eye coordination and fine dexterity skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
* Ability to demonstrate learning agility to pass both written and hands-on certification requirements
* Ability to work first, second, or weekend shift after successful completion of the training program
* All applicants must be a US Citizen and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
