Job Description

You join our Private Life Insurance team, which is looking for a Charge d'Affaires Assurance Vie Gestion Privée, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* To receive requests, carry out 1st level checks (completeness, compliance), process and monitor the files inherent in all Life Insurance acts (subscription, additional payment, advance, redemption, arbitration, change of beneficiary clause, administrative acts, ...) ;
* To handle phone calls related to the activity;
* To handle the emails related to the activity and fill in the tracking and reporting tools;
* To encourage our clients to seek assistance in preparing their files upstream in terms of origin and traceability of funds;
* To promote among our clients the use of digital tools and the means made available for self-care.
