Your Missions
The team you will be joining is responsible for the tool managing L'Oréal's product master data. This platform centralizes a vast array of critical information for every product sold by the group, such as product descriptions, manufacturer details, regulatory information, and sustainability attributes (such as refillability).
Ensuring the highest level of data quality is essential to driving L'Oréal's global business operations.
Your primary focus will be leading "mini-projects" designed to secure and optimize the quality of data entered into the system, whether through manual entry or file uploads.
Here is an example of a "mini-project" with your key responsibilities :
* Audit & Analysis: Analyzing the 30 existing data upload templates to identify inconsistencies or inefficiencies.
* User Engagement: Conducting interviews with users to understand their "pain points" and operational challenges.
* Process Optimization: Making proposals to harmonize and simplify the data entry and upload processes.
* Testing & Implementation: Running end-to-end tests within the tool to ensure the reliability of new processes.
* Change Management: Drafting comprehensive documentation (technical explanations and user guides) and leading training sessions to support users in adopting these improvements.
Skills you will develop in this role:
* Project Management
* Business & quality needs Identification: Monitoring implementation within the tool (Specifications/Testing)
* Community Engagement & Training: Facilitating sessions and providing user training
Your Profile
* Education: You are a Master's student (Year 4/5) from anUniversity or Business School.
* Languages: You are fluent in both English and French.
* Interest: You are interested in discovering project management in a data ecosystem.
* Soft Skills: You possess an exceptional analytical mindset and are rigorous, curious, and passionate about solving complex problems through data. Your autonomy, ability to learn quickly, and skill in communicating technical results to non-technical audiences will be major assets.
