Description du poste

We are looking for a Global E-merchandising Assistant to join our E-commerce team.

Reporting to the E-merchandising Manager, you will support the execution of our online
merchandising strategy across our EU and US websites, ensuring an engaging customer
journey while supporting key commercial objectives.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience within a fast-growing international fashion brand
and broad exposure to digital merchandising and e-commerce operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-merchandising
● Support the day-to-day merchandising of the EU and US websites.
● Optimize category and product listing pages to improve product visibility and customer
experience.
● Execute merchandising strategies through product ranking, cross-sells and product
recommendations
● Prepare and merchandise weekly product launches and seasonal collections.
● Monitor and optimize internal search through search rules, synonyms, redirects and
merchandising boosts.
● Support the optimization of website navigation, filters and category pages to improve
product discovery.

Product & Content Management
● Manage merchandising content in Shopify.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, imagery and content are
accurate and up to date.
● Identify and report product or website issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Commercial Support & Analysis
● Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Logistics, Marketing and CRM
teams to support product launches and commercial activations.
● Monitor product availability and inventory readiness for key launches and campaigns.
● Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on merchandising performance, product
performance and commercial initiatives.
● Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay up to date with e-merchandising best
practices.
● Support the wider E-commerce team on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as
business needs evolve.

Profil recherché

● Apprenticeship starting October 2026.
● Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a Business School, Digital Marketing or
equivalent Master's degree.
● Strong interest in fashion, digital commerce and emerging digital technologies.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented and recognized for your rigor.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across teams.
● Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
● Proactive, curious and driven, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
● A problem-solver who can prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Eager to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing international fashion brand.
● Fluent in English (written and spoken).
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is a plus
