Description du poste:

Essential Functions

* Sales Analytics & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Support data analysis for sales trends, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Perform basic data cleaning, validation, and dashboard updates.

* CRM & Tools Support
Help maintain CRM data accuracy (e.g., Salesforce).
Track opportunity pipeline hygiene, lead status updates, and funnel metrics.
Provide first-level support for sales teams on tools and reporting issues.

* Process & Productivity Improvement
Support execution of sales productivity initiatives and governance routines.
Assist in preparing training materials, performance trackers, and insights decks.

* Business Insights & Coordination
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
support business review presentations and dashboards for leadership.
