Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Apprentice with English and German in the Talent Acquisition team
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:​
* Supporting recruitment processes in the Polish and German markets
* Participating in selected stages of recruitment under the guidance of the team
* Maintaining regular contact with candidates and building positive relationships
* Collaborating with an international team and supporting operational activities
* Using English and German language skills in daily work

Our requirements:
* Being a student in the final years of university studies
* Being available for a minimum of 25 hours per week
* Genuine interest in recruitment and motivation to independently lead end-to-end hiring processes in the future
* Enjoying building relationships and valuing collaboration in an international environment
* Confident communication in English and German (minimum B2 level)
