Overview:
Completes various clerical and administrative tasks to support the KYC (Know Your Customer) Onboarding team within Global Capital Markets (GCM) and may include work on special projects and assignments for a specified and established length of time.
Primary Responsibilities:
May complete any or all of the following duties depending on business/departmental requirements:
* Complete routine research and analysis.
* Complete basic spreadsheets and written documents in a timely and accurate manner.
* Complete routine clerical and administrative work, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, etc.
* Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
* Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
* Complete other related duties as assigned.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The job holder works under immediate supervision. The position is for an established time period.

Education and Experience Required:
Be aged 18 or over at the time of application
Be in receipt of a minimum of 3 A Levels or B-Tech equivalent qualifications
Have the right to live and work in the UK
Be able to work in the London office a minimum of three days per week
Education and Experience Preferred:
Proficient in the use of pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software
Proven verbal and written communication skills
