About the role

In this hands-on role, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our On-Track Machinery (OTMs) in top condition. From maintenance to repairs, you'll ensure our equipment runs smoothly and safely - because when it comes to rail, reliability matters.

What you'll be doing

* Carrying out maintenance and repairs on OTMs to company standards and deadlines

* Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, first-time fixes

* Producing clear reports on faults, repairs, maintenance, and incidents

* Ensuring OTMs are reliable and ready for action after servicing

Who we're looking for

Ideally a served recognised apprenticeship in mechanics or a similar field

Ability to work to timescales and deadlines

Strong awareness of Health & Safety

Previous plant or vehicle maintenance experience (desirable, but not essential)

PTS & DP as required

Undertake road vehicle driving as required
