Growth - Bloomberg Connects

Bloomberg Connects is a free app that helps people explore arts and culture around the world and was developed and maintained through a successful collaboration between Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies. Bloomberg Philanthropies has long supported the development of cutting-edge digital initiatives; digital technology has the power to make the art and offerings of cultural organisations more accessible - not just to those visiting in-person, but to people anywhere. Designed to expand access and deepen engagement with arts, heritage, and cultural sites worldwide, Bloomberg Connects now serves over 1300 cultural institutions and more than 8 million users. Free to both the end users and partner organisations, the app serves as both a digital accompaniment to enhance the in-person experience and as a "passport to culture" with exclusive digital content that users can enjoy anytime, anywhere.

We are looking for an apprentice to join our Growth team, which is responsible for driving the platform's global expansion, adoption, and long-term success, spanning recruitment, onboarding, and marketing. Our comprehensive training will teach you the key concepts and administrative techniques required to work in a business environment. In this role you will gain hands-on experience of working in project-management along with an introduction to marketing, strategic partnerships, digital systems, events, customer service, arts, and culture. Innovation and collaboration are central to our culture and working on Bloomberg Connects will allow you the opportunity to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team behind the platform.
