Responsibilities
· The job holder is the overall responsibility against all academic, aircrew and technical specialities in the support of the H&AT programme. The job holder will manage all training aspects of the H&AT programme and ensure that the relevant training governance is adopted, such that BAE Systems' reputation, external legislative requirements and internal Operational Framework (OF) mandates are assured and safeguarded.
· The jobholder will ensure the academic and Flying training delivery at the King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA) and the King Faisal Air Base (KFAB) are aligned and supporting the applicable Statements of Work, e.g. the Officer and Aircrew Training (O&AT) Service. This includes the input, throughput, and output quantities of cadets/trainees, as well as maintaining the training schedule and the quality of training.
· A key aspect of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with key senior personnel to assure the programme integrity internally and externally.
· The role will require the job holder to provide leadership, expertise and guidance to various functional areas of the programme in support of training delivery. This includes:
· Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the commercial team in evaluating tenders and contracts for new flying and training related business.
· 2Managing customer and contractor activities to meet the project deliverables.
· Supporting the Programme Director and TSDs at KFAA and KFAB to ensure the H&AT programme is delivered to the mandated time, cost and quality standards.
· Ensuring the best interests of the company are met when dealing with the RSAF, MoDSAP and commercial contractors and sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:
· Former military aircrew with desirable experience in Academic Training Supervisory role with BAE Systems in KSA.
· Extensive experience in training operations.
· Experience of training system design.
· Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
· Held a senior position within a military air force.
· Familiarity with JSP822 (Defense Systems Approach to Training).
