We work in close partnership with Sales and peer SC teams across Adobe's solution landscape.
What You Will Do
You lead a focused team of Solutions Consultants dedicated to Adobe's next-generation Creativity & Productivity portfolio:
* scaled content production, reimagined Content Supply Chain architecture, agentic AI approaches, Document and Business Productivity systems - powered by Adobe Firefly Foundry, Adobe Express for Enterprise, Frame.io, GenStudio, and the solutions still taking shape. This is not a legacy business. It is where Adobe is going.
* As a player-coach, you stay active in strategic customer opportunities - leading workshops, executive briefings, and proof of concepts alongside your team. You model strong discovery, compelling storytelling, and a clear link between Adobe's innovations and what the customer is actually trying to achieve.
* You build the team: coaching, developing, and creating the conditions for consistent, high-quality execution. You collaborate closely with peer SC teams from Adobe's Customer Experience and Content Supply Chain organizations, contributing to the One Adobe story customers increasingly expect.
* You bring the team's field perspective into pipeline reviews and leadership discussions - representing what you see from customers, where gaps exist, and where the market is heading.
What You Need to Succeed
You are genuinely excited about where technology is going. AI, creative automation, and the next generation of enterprise content tools are not just your professional focus - they represent an optimistic vision of what becomes possible. That energy is contagious, and it is what makes this role work.
Beyond that:
* 5+ years as a Solutions Consultant or in a comparable pre-sales role, with strong expertise in enterprise SaaS and digital content technologies
* Hands-on experience with AI-driven content tools, creative automation, digital asset management, or content supply chain solutions
* Experience mentoring or leading peers, and readiness to take on formal management responsibility
* Strong commercial instinct: the ability to connect innovation to pipeline outcomes and business value
* Fluent in German and English, comfortable engaging from practitioner to C-level
* Familiar with the Central European enterprise landscape and DACH customer expectations
