Das kannst du bewirken
* Du montierst im Team verschiedene Komponenten (Wicklungen, Kern, Aktivteil, Schaltschränke, Isolatoren, usw.) unserer insgesamt bis zu mehreren hundert Tonnen schweren Transformatoren
* Du bedienst die dafür erforderlichen Werkzeuge und Maschinen
* Du transportierst Komponenten, Arbeitsmaterialien, Isolierteile, usw. mittels Kran, Stapler und Luftkissen
* Du führst kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen durch, u.a. anhand von Kontrollkarten
* Du sorgst stets für Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
* Du klärst offene Fragen und Hindernisse mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen, z.B. Qualität, Engineering und Arbeitssicherheit

Das bringst Du mit
* Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick, idealerweise auf Basis einer abgeschlossenen Facharbeiterausbildung
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem handwerklichen Beruf
* Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit technischen Zeichnungen
* Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern oder Hubarbeitsbühnen ist von Vorteil
* Gute Teamfähigkeit, präzises Arbeiten sowie hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst
