Dein Verantwortungsbereich

* Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden
* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Onboarding-Dokumentationen, Checklisten und Schulungsmaterialien.
* Unterstützung bei der Datenerfassung, -validierung und Berichtslegung zu Onboarding-Fortschritt und KPIs.
* Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Design, Customer Success und IT zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Startprozesses.

Das bringst du mit

* Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Informatik oder vergleichbar.
* Interesse bzw. erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience, Onboarding oder Projektunterstützung.
* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
